[Hope-Music] My Heartfelt Thanks + Recording Update

Hi All,

I want to extend, from the deepest, bottomest part of my heart, my  
sincere thanks to everyone who came to my show on Sunday afternoon. We  
packed the place! I don't know how you all coordinated it, but the  
club was empty,  I looked down, I looked up, and the place was full.  
Gigs are so much more fun when you have your own cheering section!

I didn't win a spot in the big festival this fall, but the organizers  
were extremely impressed with my set, my hard work and especially with  
my audience. They hope to be able to give me future gigs. And they're  
still hoping to put me on the bill this fall. So, once again, thank you.

I don't have any immediate plans for any other gigs, but I will keep  
you all posted. We seem to be on track with the album, so I will let  
you know about that as well. Recording is going really well. We worked  
with Roger Miller last weekend (how cool is that?!). He recorded  
tracks for two of my songs and he used a Hello Kitty guitar to do it!
